Therapy can be a powerful tool to bring understanding and change to the unhealthy, repetitive patterns in our lives. I use an active, collaborative approach, integrating contemporary psychodynamic, humanistic and cognitive-behavioral models. I draw on my experience working with diverse populations including new mothers, couples, children, teens in crisis, victims of domestic violence, and those suffering from acute grief.

In addition, I have a specialization in fertility and postpartum depression, working closely with physicians for more integrative care. Whatever your family looks like, the specific challenges that come with planning and growing a family can be uniquely stressful.

Be it short or long-term therapy you are seeking, my aim is to help you identify strengths and discover new ways of experiencing life as your best self.
